The 2005 Czech At Prize

“This year the Cesky zavinac association decided to award two honourable mentions to projects linking up to the sophisticated system of the Czech Geodesy and Land Register Office which besides free inspection of the land register also allows for provision of a host of on-line services for public administration,” says Tomas Rencin, the ISSS conference director and a member of the jury of the Cesky zavinac association. “We consider the two mentioned projects typical examples of a modern conception of public administration informisation showing which direction endeavours in this area should lead.”

The project of Ceska sporitelna, “Verifying properties of estates by means of remote access to the land register for the needs of reviewing mortgage credits”, is according to the jury of the Czech @ competition an example for other subjects when using new progressive forms of internet communication between the state, the private sector and citizens.

The project of the Prague 6 Municipal Authority, “Verifying properties of estates by means of remote access to the land register”, was primarily appraised by the jury for the innovative decision to begin practically utilising remote access to nationwide registers and as an example given to other subjects of public administration in the Czech Republic.
